Privacy Rules
Consent first. Track clearly.
This is the plain-language privacy page for Stowner-friendly forms, merch registration, shop review, TheCut.Live, InTheCut, and It's A Wrap pages. The rule is simple: collect what is needed, explain why, and keep sensitive steps behind consent and review.
What we collect
Rule 01
We collect the information you submit in forms, including full name, alias or username, contact details, source codes, QR codes, shop codes, referral codes, interest selections, and support notes.
Rule 02
Payment, fulfillment, scheduling, email, SMS, analytics, and community tools may also process information when you use Stripe, PayPal, Printify, GHL, Blotato, or another named provider.
Rule 03
We do not ask children to use these pages. Age-gated benefits require 21+ confirmation and may require extra verification.
Why we use it
Rule 01
We use data to send follow-up, verify source attribution, support merch registration, manage shop/provider review, handle support, and keep records accurate.
Rule 02
Referral and source tracking helps us understand which shop, volume, code, creator, or campaign sent the request.
Rule 03
Consent, unsubscribe, cancellation, refund, chargeback, and provider status can change what happens next.
Your controls
Rule 01
Use the cancel/support page to request cancellation, pause, billing help, data correction, or support review.
Rule 02
Use unsubscribe tools in emails or messages where available.
Rule 03
Do not submit someone else's information without permission.
Text message privacy
Rule 01
Providing a phone number does not automatically opt you into marketing texts. SMS consent is collected separately where texting is offered.
Rule 02
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Rule 03
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Boundary
Profile, referral, payment, provider, and support data can support review. It does not automatically approve billing, payout, pickup, status, or fulfillment.
Membership
First-party Stripe merch checkout can include the Stowner subscription. Public Printify purchases, lists, scans, and Roll-a-dex do not charge by themselves. Billing starts only after Stripe shows the price, renewal, cancellation path, and you confirm checkout.
Pickup And Delivery
Buying or registering merch does not automatically unlock pickup, shipping, paid work, or age-gated activity. Spliffers-related benefits require assigned location, provider review, and applicable terms.
Referrals
Referrals can be reviewed only when the campaign allows it and the action can be verified. Referrals do not create automatic payment or approval.
Perks
Some perks require a participating shop, age check, and final approval. If something is not allowed in your area, it will not be offered there.
